General Information

The Agora is the ancient market place and the heart of ancient Greek public life. Located on the Agora is the Temple of Hephaestus, one the best preserved temples in the city.

The Temple of Olympian Zeus is a temple dedicated to the Olympian god Zeus. It took nearly 700 years for the building to be completed and was the largest temple in Greece. Its destruction began following a barbarian invasion.

The Panathenaic Stadium is a stadium made entirely out of white marble and it was reconstructed from a stadium from the ancient Greeks which used to host the Panathenaic Games. The stadium hosted the first of the modern day Olympics in 1896.

The Athens trilogy is where you visit the three Neo-classical buildings, the National Library of Greece, the Athens University and the Academy of Athens.


The Archaeological Museum is the major museum of Greece as it houses ancient Greek artefacts from all over Greece. The museums major exhibits include a prehistoric section, Egyptian art and western Asia collection as well as many more. It houses incredible artifacts such as the Antikythera mechanism, a device designed to calculate astronomical positions dating back to the 1st century BC and the Mask of Angenamnon.
